Responsibilities:
- Architect, deploy and maintain secure, highly-available network infrastructure (Ubiquiti, Meraki, Cisco). Standardize naming, VLAN designs, monitoring and failover strategies across multiple clinic sites and HQ.
- Lead systems integration across identity, SaaS and on-prem services: Okta SSO/LCM, Lumary, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, NexHealth, RingCentral and other SaaS products. Design secure SAML/OAuth/SCP flows and automate provisioning/deprovisioning.
- Build and own automation: scripting in Python and PowerShell to automate onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, monitoring remediation, reporting and routine operational tasks. Leverage AI Agents where appropriate to drive operational efficiency.
- Implement Zero Trust principles: conditional access, device trust, least-privilege PAM/vault solutions and secure remote access patterns. Lead PAM implementation for privileged accounts.
- Select and deploy enterprise security stacks: EDR/AV, SEIM/MSSP, SaaS backup (CloudAlly, Spanning, Datto or similar), DLP and cloud discovery. Integrate telemetry across endpoints, network and cloud into the SEIM for correlation and alerts.
Skills/Must have:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, network engineering or integration roles (MSP or enterprise). Proven experience building secure networks and systems from scratch.
- Strong networking knowledge and proven experience with Ubiquiti, Meraki and Cisco platforms — VLANs, routing, firewall rules, VPNs, PoE design for cameras/APs, and NVR architectures.
- Deep identity and access expertise: Okta (or equivalent), SSO/SAML, provisioning workflows and PAM. Experience integrating Workday ? Okta ? downstream apps is a plus.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell). Experience building automation to run day-to-day operations and maintenance.
