Join a globally recognised, multi-billion-dollar general contractor with over a century of heritage and nearly three decades operating in the US. Their Texas division is building a core leadership team to secure and deliver hyperscale and enterprise data center projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on leadership role from day one. Support multi-hundred-million-dollar builds or lead pursuits and preconstruction efforts for upcoming mission-critical work. Responsibilities:

  • Act as Lead Project Manager on large-scale mission critical/data center projects
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through handover
  • Lead client engagement and act as the “face of the company” during pursuits
  • Manage project teams including PMs, Superintendents and field leadership
  • Drive schedule, cost, risk and quality performance
  • Coordinate with internal precon, estimating and executive leadership
  • Support business development efforts across Texas or Arizona markets
  • Build and mentor the core project delivery team beneath you


Skills / Must Have:

  • 15–20+ years total construction experience
  • Majority of career spent with a General Contractor (not exclusively subcontractor side)
  • Proven experience as Lead PM on multiple US data center projects (Google, Microsoft, Iron Mountain, hyperscale/colocation preferred)
  • Recent mission critical project experience (not historic from 10+ years ago)
  • Demonstrated longevity (no job hopping every 12 months)
  • Experience delivering complex, high-value projects ($100m+ ideally)
  • Ability to lead both construction delivery and client-facing preconstruction efforts
  • Willingness to be permanently based in Dallas-Fort Worth or Phoenix (relocation considered)
