Responsibilities:

• Lead all cost and commercial management activities across multiple data center construction projects
• Prepare and review tenders, contracts, and variations to optimize project profitability
• Conduct detailed cost analysis, forecasting, and value engineering exercises
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, management, and payment processes
• Work closely with project management and senior leadership to achieve financial targets
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial delivery and risk management

Skills/Must haves:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within data centers, industrial, or large-scale construction
• Strong commercial, contractual, and negotiation skills
• Confident working in a high-speed, multi-project environment
• EU citizenship required
• Fluent English (German language skills advantageous)
• Organized, analytical, and proactive with excellent attention to detail
