Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced monitoring and review of radio network Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Participate in the development of inter and intra team processes.
• Monitor statistical network performance data on a daily basis. 
• Collect, process and review drive test data.
• Work with the operations team to troubleshoot site network problems. 
• Review data to assist with determining cause of faulty equipment. 
• Address customer and employee complaints. 
• Work with other RF Engineers to evaluate and resolve issues. 
• Update databases with resolution or actions taken. 
• Participate in developing internal process used for radio network design.
• Perform development, testing, and validation of RF feature plan proposals. 
• Provide input in defining implementation guidelines for approved new features and technologies.
• Apply RF principles effectively to performance activities. 
• Serve as subject matter expert on GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA+/DC-HSPA and emerging technology. 
• Support engineering and technical staff by providing engineering support to Sales / Customers.
• Provide input to management on tactical and strategic issues. 

Requirements:

• 5 years experience with RF propagation principles, cellular theory, RF engineering tools.
• 2 + years experience with UNIX, Oracle Database, Excel macros and SQL programming.
• Minimum five years experience with MapInfo. 
• Minimum of 5 years RF Engineering experience.
• Minimum Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent technical Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with Ericsson ENM, AMOS platforms.
• Must have the ability to pass pre-employment checks, which include a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and substance screening, following federal law. 
• Ribbon Experience, Cisco, Juniper, Samsun and Ericsson .
• Design and Architecture of RF environments.
• Team leading skills.

Salary:

•  $150k-$180k
