Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Lead Senior Superintendent on hyperscale/mission critical data center projects
  •  Oversee full site operations from preconstruction through turnover
  • Serve as the on-site face of the company during pursuits and active builds
  • Lead and mentor site teams including Superintendents, Assistant Supers and field staff
  • Coordinate CSA, MEP, and trade partners ensuring full-scope integration
  • Manage schedules, logistics, safety, quality and commissioning readiness
  • Interface directly with executive leadership and major clients
  • Build the foundation team for future Phoenix-based growth


Skills / Must Have:

  • 15–20 years total construction experience
  • Majority of career with reputable General Contractors
  • Proven track record as the Lead Superintendent on multiple US data center projects
  • Recent hyperscale / mission critical experience (Google, Microsoft, Iron Mountain, etc.)
  • Experience delivering complex, high-value builds (not single-trade scope)
  • Demonstrated leadership longevity (not frequent job changes)
  • Strong client-facing presence during pursuits and delivery
  • Must live in Phoenix or be willing to permanently relocate
