Responsibilities:

• Deliver new innovations to question conventional thinking and improve capabilities of the IT department
• Provide visionary roadmaps on IT infrastructure for future years.
• Lead as a senior technical escalation point for a broad range of IT support topics
• Manage stakeholders within IT and the business while delivering complex projects.
• Delivering exceptional customer service under pressure
• Operational support at a senior technical level, within a medium to large sized enterprise
• Planning, organising, leading and delivering complex, fast-moving workloads with both internal and external 3rd party resources
• Working to recognised methodologies i.e. (ITIL, Agile)
• A broad range of technical experience within a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Design, manage and implement enterprise WAN and LAN networks and communications
• Supporting junior colleagues via mentoring, training, and documentation

Skills/Must have:

• Hybrid Infrastructure Design / Architecture experience such as storage, virtualisation, cloud, networking (Veeam, HPE, DELL, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, Nutanix, Cisco)

Salary:

• £85,000 - £100,000 Basic Salary Per Annum
