Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco CUBEs and complex dial plans
  • Provide high-level and low-level designs (HLDs/LLDs) for voice platforms
  • Support SIP environments and lead fault diagnosis and resolution
  • Deliver and support Microsoft Teams Direct Routing solutions
  • Manage and maintain Cisco CUCM environments
  • Support analogue and legacy telephony infrastructure
  • Contribute to structured cabling and telephony wiring activities
  • Work collaboratively within a large programme team
  • Ensure solutions align with best practice, security, and performance standards


Skills/Must Have:

  • Strong experience with Cisco CUBE, CUCM, and enterprise voice platforms
  • Proven ability to design and manage complex dial plans
  • In-depth knowledge of SIP and voice troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
  • Solid understanding of analogue telephony technologies (gateways, MDF, Krone, etc.)
  • Knowledge of structured cabling and voice infrastructure
  • Experience producing HLDs and LLDs for complex solutions
  • Good understanding of networking and routing protocols
  • Track record of working on large-scale programmes with multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience within the Energy sector
  • Prvious involvement in major transformation or migration programmes


Contract Details:

  • Location: UK-wide (occasional travel required)
  • Contract Length: 6–12 months
  • Start Date: Within the next few weeks

  • £400–£450 per day
