Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support enterprise voice solutions
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco CUBEs and complex dial plans
- Provide high-level and low-level designs (HLDs/LLDs) for voice platforms
- Support SIP environments and lead fault diagnosis and resolution
- Deliver and support Microsoft Teams Direct Routing solutions
- Manage and maintain Cisco CUCM environments
- Support analogue and legacy telephony infrastructure
- Contribute to structured cabling and telephony wiring activities
- Work collaboratively within a large programme team
- Ensure solutions align with best practice, security, and performance standards
Skills/Must Have:
- Strong experience with Cisco CUBE, CUCM, and enterprise voice platforms
- Proven ability to design and manage complex dial plans
- In-depth knowledge of SIP and voice troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
- Solid understanding of analogue telephony technologies (gateways, MDF, Krone, etc.)
- Knowledge of structured cabling and voice infrastructure
- Experience producing HLDs and LLDs for complex solutions
- Good understanding of networking and routing protocols
- Track record of working on large-scale programmes with multiple workstreams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments
Desirable Skills:
- Experience within the Energy sector
- Prvious involvement in major transformation or migration programmes
Contract Details:
- Location: UK-wide (occasional travel required)
- Contract Length: 6–12 months
