This organization is looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will act as the operational lead for the Kuala Lumpur Network Operations Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Network Operations Engineers across Level 1 and Level 2
- Own service delivery performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Act as the primary interface for client reporting, governance, and service reviews
- Drive operational maturity, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee incident management, escalation handling, and major incident resolution
- Develop capacity plans aligned to growth, demand, and project pipelines
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of engineers
- Collaborate with cross regional teams to ensure alignment within a global support model
- Support large scale networking initiatives and ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality expectations
- Identify risks within projects or operations and implement recovery strategies
- Partner with internal stakeholders including recruitment, business development, and client management teams
Requirements:
- 8 or more years of experience within IT operations, service delivery, or network operations leadership
- Strong background in networking environments, ideally within telecom, service provider, hyperscale, or large enterprise settings
- Technical understanding of WAN and data centre networking technologies including Cisco, Juniper, or Ciena
- Proven experience managing high performance technical teams
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, high profile IT or infrastructure services
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance operational, technical, and financial priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in high pressure, mission critical environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent network certifications
- Experience leading improvements across service lifecycle and operational frameworks
- Exposure to automation driven network operations environments
