Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a team of 8
• Owning service delivery across existing client contracts
• Ensuring SLAs are consistently met and exceeded
• Shaping and improving service processes and performance
• Acting as a key point of contact between clients, technical teams, and leadership
• Overseeing maintenance, service delivery, and operational performance
