Responsibilities:

• Lead site identification, evaluation, and acquisition for hyperscale data centre developments
• Manage negotiations with landowners, municipalities, and key external stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with internal power and planning teams to secure grid connectivity
• Oversee due diligence, feasibility assessments, and acquisition strategy
• Support permitting, zoning, and planning approval processes
• Drive strategic expansion aligned with long-term regional development plans
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams and external consultants

Skills/Must have:

• Extensive experience in data centre site acquisition, development, or infrastructure real estate
• Strong understanding of power infrastructure, utilities, and grid connection processes
• Proven track record securing land and enabling large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience working with utilities, municipalities, and planning authorities
• Fluent German and English required
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Salary:

• Up to €200,000 basic salary
