Solutions Engineer - IT solutions provider

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support IT infrastructure and security solutions tailored to client needs
• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft technologies, including:
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD)
• Windows Server and Active Directory
• Azure infrastructure and services (IaaS/PaaS)
• Implement and support Barracuda solutions, including:
• Email Security Gateway
• Backup (Barracuda Backup / Cloud-to-Cloud Backup)
• Network and Web Application Firewalls
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including solution architecture and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot complex system, network, and security issues
• Work closely with sales, project managers, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Maintain documentation for designs, configurations, and procedures
• Stay current with emerging technologies, security threats, and vendor updates

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft environments (M365, Azure, Windows Server)
• Practical experience deploying and managing Barracuda security product
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary of $75,000 - $80,000 and benefits package
