Supply Chain Manager - AI Infrastructure

This role sits within a fast-scaling AI cloud and data center platform operating a large-scale GPU-driven infrastructure across global sites. You will own a procurement strategy for server and GPU hardware, playing a critical role in enabling high-density AI deployments and rapid expansion. Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end procurement of server and GPU infrastructure for new data center builds
• Manage direct negotiations with OEM and ODM vendors
• Drive cost optimisation, supply continuity, and vendor escalations
• Build dashboards and reporting to track procurement progress and delivery timelines
• Coordinate closely with engineering, logistics, finance, and operations teams
• Support post deployment procurement including spares, lifecycle planning, and urgent sourcing
• Ensure zero disruption operations through proactive stock and supply planning across global sites

Skills Must have:

• 5 plus years experience in server or data center hardware procurement
• Hands-on experience working with OEM and ODM manufacturers
• Direct experience procuring GPUs or large scale accelerator hardware
• Strong negotiation skills with experience securing supply in constrained markets
• Ability to operate in fast paced, high pressure environments
• Strong understanding of technical infrastructure requirements
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience within hyperscale or AI infrastructure environments
• Exposure to global procurement operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Experience supporting large-scale GPU clusters or high-density deployments
• Hardware ecosystem familiarity across vendors such as Nvidia, Cisco, Juniper, Arista or ODM partners
