Responsibilities:

• Profile and analyse GPU performance at both system and kernel level in close collaboration with hardware and software teams
• Benchmark and compare GPU platforms across different architectures and software stacks such as CUDA and ROCm
• Carry out acceptance testing of new GPU clusters to ensure performance, stability, and compatibility for AI workloads
• Design and run experiments across different GPU system configurations to evaluate interconnects, scaling behaviour, and system level optimisations
• Identify performance bottlenecks across hardware, software, and networking layers and provide clear data driven recommendations

Skills Must have:

• Strong Unix Linux experience with automation using Python and Bash
• Solid understanding of the GPU software stack including CUDA, NCCL, drivers, and supporting libraries
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex system level issues across hardware, software, and networking
• Experience working in containerised environments such as Docker and Kubernetes
