Responsibilities:

• Technical & Project Leadership
• Lead and deliver customer IT projects (new and existing clients)
• Take ownership of deployments through to handover into operations
• Act as the senior technical escalation point
• Work independently on complex infrastructure projects
• Support and mentor junior technicians
• Team Leadership
• Line management of 4–6 technicians
• Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings
• Support hiring and onboarding activities
• Participate in internal interviews
• Handle performance management and disciplinary topics where required

Skills/Must have:

• Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022)
• Terminal Services / RDS
• Hyper-V
• Azure Stack HCI
• VMware
• Microsoft 365
• Acronis backup solutions
• Securepoint firewalls
• Asterisk / Ansitel telephony systems
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure
• Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Hands-on mindset – you enjoy being involved technically
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Confident communicator with natural leadership presence
