Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and system requirements across OSS/BSS domains
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and third-party vendors to translate requirements into user stories and technical specifications
  • Map and re-engineer business processes (BPM/BPR), identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation
  • Support end-to-end delivery across change initiatives, including testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off
  • Analyse data flows, system integrations, and API interactions across multiple platforms
  • Produce high-quality functional and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers and PMO to support structured delivery


Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst (3–5+ years)
  • Strong background working within OSS/BSS environments (telecoms / ISP preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience working on project delivery, not just BAU support
  • Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation
  • Experience working with integrations, APIs, and data flows
  • Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and integration tooling (e.g., MuleSoft or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills


Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of UK telecoms regulatory frameworks (Ofcom)
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or cloud migration programmes
  • SQL or data analysis capabilities
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data governance


Contract Details:

  • 6-month contract
  • Outside IR35
