In this client-facing role, work closely with customers to design and implement network monitoring platforms, helping them gain deeper insights into their infrastructure and performance. Responsibilities:

• Support the pre-sales process, contributing technical expertise to shape scalable and future-proof solutions
• Engage directly with customers to present concepts and demonstrate the value of observability, automation, and analytics
• Design and implement modern network monitoring and observability architectures
• Deploy and customise tools such as:
  • Kentik
  • NetBrain
  • LogicMonitor
  • (or similar platforms)
• Analyse network data using observability and AI-driven insights to identify:
  • Performance bottlenecks
  • Anomalies
  • Trends
• Work across end-to-end project delivery, coordinating technical implementation steps
• Provide customer support, workshops, and training sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Skills/Must have:

• Experience deploying or working with network observability / monitoring tools (e.g. Kentik, NetBrain, LogicMonitor, or alternatives like Nagios, CheckMK, PRTG, Icinga, SolarWinds)
• Strong understanding of network architecture and design (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Fluent in German and English (customer-facing role)
• Comfortable working directly with clients and translating technical concepts into business value
