Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer projects concurrently
- Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and closeouts
- Track timelines, budgets, billable hours, and deliverables
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete
- Coordinate PMMs, engineers, and vendors during execution
- Escalate risks, delays, and scope changes appropriately
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed
- Meet or exceed billable utilization targets
- Maintain accurate time and project tracking
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and leadership
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing technical or IT-focused projects, preferably within an MSP or professional services environment.
- A strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through delivery.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineers, support staff, and third-party vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience using project management tools and ticketing systems is also expected, along with the ability to manage timelines, resources, risks, and scope changes while maintaining strong customer relationships.
