Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop and end-user support across multiple client environments.
  • Administer and support Windows Server operating systems.
  • Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Office applications.
  • Support virtualized environments using Hyper-V and/or VMware.
  • Assist with Microsoft Azure administration and cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain network, server, and security infrastructure.
  • Work within an MSP environment managing multiple clients and priorities.


Skills/Must have:

  • 5+ years of technical support or systems engineering experience (flexible for the right fit).
  • Strong background in desktop support and Windows-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, O365, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMware).
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure.
  • Prior MSP experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
