Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for customer and internal IT environments
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments
- Support routers, switches, firewalls, and access points in production environments
- Respond to tickets, incidents, and service requests while meeting SLA expectations
- Assist with network installs, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Document issues, resolutions, and network changes clearly and accurately
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
- Communicate effectively with end users and clients to explain issues and solutions
- Work full-time, on-site / hybrid depending on location (U.S based)
Skills / Must Have:
- Experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or network support role
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic routing and switching
- Hands-on experience with Cisco or similar networking equipment
- Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and/or macOS environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to firewalls, VPNs, or cloud networking
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
- Experience working in an MSP or systems integrator environment
