Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the transformation strategy, roadmap, and overall business case.
  • Provide executive leadership across all transformation functions, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
  • Chair governance forums and drive robust reporting, escalation, and decision-making frameworks.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for program risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
  • Oversee achievement of cost reduction, automation, and site decommissioning targets.
  • Implement transparent performance tracking through OKRs, KPIs, and real-time dashboards.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing transformation leadership team.
  • Serve as the executive ambassador for transformation progress across internal and external stakeholders.


Required Skills/Experience: 

  • 15+ years of leadership experience within telecommunications, technology, or enterprise transformation.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs of $10M+ in scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives, government, and strategic partners.
  • Strong commercial, technical, and operational acumen.
  • Exceptional governance, communication, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Collaborative leader who builds “one team” culture across diverse functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (MBA or PM certification advantageous).
