Responsibilities: 

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution across all transformation workstreams.

  • Translate strategic roadmaps into detailed playbooks and delivery frameworks.

  • Oversee integrated schedule management and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) governance.

  • Ensure timely and disruption-free customer migrations and site decommissioning.

  • Manage dependencies across automation, platform retirement, and network modernisation.

  • Maintain operational cadence through structured PMO reviews and escalation channels.

  • Provide transparent, data-driven reporting on delivery health to senior leadership.

  • Drive continuous improvement in execution standards and delivery performance.


Required Skills/Experience: 

  • 12+ years’ experience in program or project management within telecoms, technology, or large-scale infrastructure transformations.

  • Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream delivery programs.

  • Strong grasp of governance, PMO operations, and RAID management.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor and partner delivery teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
