Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the integrated master schedule, ensuring cross-domain alignment.
- Govern RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.
- Lead the program reporting cadence, producing dashboards, scorecards, and executive updates.
- Track and report on financial performance — including budgets, cost-out delivery, and benefits realisation.
- Standardise PMO playbooks, templates, and governance processes across the transformation.
- Liaise across business units to manage interdependencies and milestone delivery.
- Provide accurate, data-driven insights to governance forums and executive councils.
- Partner with Commercial, Risk, and Change teams to maintain an integrated program view.
- Embed continuous improvement practices into program management tools and methods.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, including at least 8 years leading PMO functions.
- Proven track record supporting complex transformations within telecoms, technology, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Strong expertise in integrated scheduling, RAID governance, and financial tracking.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for senior audiences.
- PMP or equivalent certification required.
- Skilled in enterprise PPM tools, reporting dashboards, and data visualisation for executive reporting.
