Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of manual labor tasks involved in telecommunications construction work.
• Support construction technicians to maintain smooth and efficient project workflow.
• Handle loading, transporting, lifting, and positioning of materials as required.
• Manage and organize tools, ensuring everything is kept in proper order.
• Carry out vegetation clearing, including trimming trees and removing brush around job sites.
• Assist with entry into confined spaces.
• Support traffic control operations within active work areas.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed and that incidents are reported correctly.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks.

Skills/Must have:

• Valid driver’s license; CDL-A beneficial but not required.
• Two years’ telecom field experience preferred.
• Forklift/heavy equipment operation experience; certification preferred.
• Flagger certification, or willingness to obtain within six months.
