VoIP Engineer - Systems Integrator

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain VoIP and telephony systems
• Assist with migration projects (legacy to modern IP-based solutions)
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support (with 3rd level outsourced)
• Work with IP networking and infrastructure technologies
• Manage and resolve customer tickets independently
• Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with colleagues
• Support installations and upgrades of telephone exchanges and switching systems

Skills/Must have:

• Experience in VoIP, IP networking, or telecommunications
• Understanding of migration projects (highly desirable)
• Strong networking and infrastructure knowledge
• A self-sufficient, proactive mindset – able to work independently without micromanagement
• A team player who contributes to a collaborative environment
• Fluent German (essential)
• Valid driving licence (company vehicle provided for service work)

Salary:

• €60,000
