The role focuses heavily on wireless site surveys, design, and customer consultation, working across a variety of environments including large warehouse and logistics facilities where high-performance wireless connectivity is critical to operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Remote working.
  • Travel required to customer sites across the South of the UK when needed.
  • Conduct wireless site surveys for enterprise and industrial environments.
  • Design high-performance wireless network solutions based on survey results.
  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and environment constraints.
  • Produce detailed wireless design documentation and reports.
  • Stage and prepare equipment prior to deployments.
  • Support implementation activities when required alongside field engineers.
  • Provide technical input during pre-sales and solution discussions.
  • Ensure wireless deployments are optimised for performance, coverage, and reliability.


Skills / Must have:

  • Strong experience performing wireless network surveys.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Ekahau (preferred), Hamina, or AirMagnet.
  • Experience designing wireless networks within enterprise or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of Wi-Fi design principles and RF behaviour.
  • Ability to confidently engage with customers during surveys and design discussions.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Nice to have:

ECSE certification

Aruba wireless certifications

Experience working in warehouse or large industrial environments.
