My Roles and Responsibilities:

- Candidate Contractor Compliance: Our Compliance Specialists work closely with candidate contractors to ensure they meet all regulatory, licensing, and certification requirements.
- Onboarding and Credentialing: We manage the onboarding process, including background checks, references, and credential verification, to confirm that candidate contractors are qualified and compliant.
- Regulatory Compliance: We stay up-to-date with industry regulations and requirements to ensure that our processes align with legal standards.
- Client Audits and Reporting: We prepare for and participate in client audits, providing accurate and comprehensive compliance data and reports.
- Conflict Resolution: We handle compliance-related disputes and conflicts with professionalism and efficiency, striving for timely resolution.
- Training and Education: We provide guidance and training to both internal teams and candidate contractors to promote a culture of compliance and awareness.
- Documentation Management: We maintain meticulous records and documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and candidate contractor qualifications.
