Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and existing clients, guiding them on maximizing the effectiveness of their Microsoft security products.
• Provide technical support, offering clear explanations of product functionalities.

• Identify opportunities for upselling new technologies and updates.
• Coordinate project work schedules.

Skills/Requirements:

• IT experience or a degree qualification in Cyber Security, Networking, or a related field.

Salary:

• Up to £30,000 base salary per annum
