Fortinet Support Engineer (2nd Line) - Solutions Provider

As a top-tier Fortinet partner, they are committed to delivering exceptional support and services to clients worldwide.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fortinet Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fortinet technologies, including SD-WAN, SASE, and firewall implementation. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing new Fortinet sites, troubleshooting firewall issues, and providing top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement 2-3 new Fortinet sites daily, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and address access issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and resolution of technical issues.
• Stay updated on the latest Fortinet technologies and best practices to provide proactive support and solutions.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Fortinet technologies, including SD-WAN, SASE, and firewall implementation.
• Familiarity with other technologies such as Palo Alto, Versa Networks, Hybrid Cloud, and ZTNA is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote/home-based environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and satisfaction.

Location:

This is a home-based position with occasional travel to offices located in Winnersh. Office travel may be required as and when necessary.

Salary:

Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
