Must-Haves:
- Deep expertise in identity and access management concepts, encompassing various authentication types and IAM models.
- Knowledge of access-based control models such as Role-Based, Mandatory, etc.
- Proficiency in security architectures, cloud computing security, and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with IAM solutions (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Purview, Entra, etc.).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Policy Development & Compliance:
- Ensure alignment of IAM processes across the organization.
- Develop and document standards for organizational use, measuring adherence and exceptions.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary up to $140,000.
