They are seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure & Datacentre Technician to join their Global Service Delivery Team. In this role, they will be responsible for providing 3rd Line Support, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of their infrastructure and datacentres. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with on-site duties at our Hemel Hempstead location.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support for a wide range of technical issues.
- Manage and maintain M365, Active Directory, and Azure environments.
- Oversee Windows Servers and Storage systems.
- Perform datacentre installations and configurations.
- Collaborate with the global team to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Extensive experience in 2nd and 3rd Line Support.
- Proficiency with M365, Active Directory, and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Servers and Storage.
- Hands-on experience with datacentre installation and maintenance.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Scripting abilities for automation and efficiency.
