We are currently helping them to expand their team and are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead a brand-new service as the Lead Technical Account Manager (TAM).

As the Lead TAM, you will play a pivotal role as the trusted advisor for our clients, focusing predominantly on the Azure security stack. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional travel to their Scotland office once a quarter.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical advice to clients, enhancing their security posture.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within client accounts.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with clients to ensure alignment with evolving security needs.

Skills/Must-Have:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Extensive expertise in working with Microsoft Sentinel & Defender.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.

Salary:

£60,000 - £95,000, dependent on experience.
