With an innovative solution portfolio, combined with a client-centric approach, they are now looking for a Network Connectivity Engineer who will concentrate on the customer's experience with fault diagnostics and provisioning.

Responsibilities:
- Proven track record in Network Projects, Operations, and support.
- Be able to demonstrate a strong technical understanding of diagnosing faults and provisioning hardware orders
- Log customer Support issues and triage fault issues with suppliers and engineering teams effectively and quickly
- Manage technical inquiries in relation to wireless routers, data connectivity, and networking
- Supporting the provisioning team in understanding the design requirements of orders
- Producing LLD (Low-Level Design) documents for complex provisioning orders
- Good understating of Landlines, Broadband, Fibre, and VoIP Services
- Core IP Networking; Routing, LAN services (DHCP, DNS, TFTP etc)
Experience needed:
- Gamma,
- Open Reach lead-lines - WLR, SIP, Teams DR, Hosted Telephony and Network-based products (SOTAP/SOGEA, EFM, EoFTTC/GEA, Fibre Lease Line
- MPLS/SDWAN
- Ticketing
- Troubleshooting
