Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Design and implement network solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Maintain expertise across four primary technical areas: Infrastructure, Security, Automation, and Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency with key partner technologies: F5, Juniper, NetApp, Red Hat, Rubrik, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, and Pure Storage.
  • Address disciplines such as cybersecurity, compute, storage, routing/switching, firewall management, application delivery, and DevOps.
  • Provide high-level technical support and mentorship to junior engineers as needed.


  • Proven ability to present complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering network solutions.
  • Expertise in one or more of our primary technical areas (Infrastructure, Security, Automation, Cloud).
  • Familiarity with our key partner technologies and related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both pre-sales and post-sales engineering tasks.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications from our partner technologies (e.g., Cisco CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Juniper JNCIE, etc.) are highly desirable.
