Responsibilities:
- MSP Experience: Leverage previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to excel in the role.
- Customer Assistance: Demonstrate enthusiasm for assisting people and providing exceptional support.
- Support Ticket Management: Respond promptly to support tickets from end-users.
- Problem Resolution: Take charge of resolving high-level endpoint issues for end-users.
- Networking Expertise: Apply networking expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex networking problems.
