They are now seeking two Network Support Engineers, if you are a seasoned Network Support Engineer looking for a senior role that allows you to lead and contribute to a dynamic team, then get in touch!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level support in a 2nd Line capacity.
  • Assist in a leadership role, guiding the team towards excellence.
  • Utilize CCNA/CCNP level skills, with a minimum requirement of CCNA certification.
  • 1 x Enterprise Network Support Engineer (2nd Line)

We are also seeking a skilled Enterprise Network Support Engineer to join their team and contribute to the success of our network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd Line support in a managed service setting.
  • Support routing and switching, as well as firewalls.
  • Hold or be capable of achieving CCNA certification shortly.
  • Location:
  • Positions are available in Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man.

Salary Range:

  • Senior Enterprise Network Support: £44,500 - £78,000
  • Enterprise Network Support: £28,500 - £47,500

Support Roles:

  • Participate in the on-call rota with a retainer of £220/week.
  • On-call duty occurs one week in every five.
