2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer - System Integrator

We are partnered with a dynamic and forward-thinking company operating within the secure datacentre space. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and adaptable 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their team and contribute to the success of our onsite operations in Corsham.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd Line Support for our Infrastructure team within the secure datacentre environment.
• Troubleshoot and perform installations to ensure the smooth functioning of the infrastructure.

Skills/Must-Have:

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Support (Consideration given to candidates looking to step up from Service Desk roles).
• Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with VMware.
• Experience with Veeam Backups.
• Knowledge of Linux.
