As a 2nd Line Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to our valued customers and addressing escalations from the 1st line.
Key responsibilities include:
- Network troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.
- Configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls for optimal performance.
- Efficiently handling escalations from the 1st line support team.
Skills/Must-Have:
- Proven experience with at least 2 of the following vendors: Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on network-related issues.
- Proficiency in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
- £45,000 basic salary per annum
