Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a variety of systems.
  • Manage tickets through resolution or escalation, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve personal and team objectives.
  • Handle client interactions, manage expectations, and ensure top-rated client feedback.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Cloud (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), SCCM, Office 365, and more.


  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills in the IT industry.
  • Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, networking, and security protocols.
  • Certifications such as MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs are advantageous.


  • Resided in the UK for the last 5 years (SC level clearance required after joining).
  • National Security Vetting: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), Security Check (SC).
