Responsibilities:
- Providing 3rd line support
- Being part of a Service Desk
- Some opportunities for BAU Projects
Must Have's:
- MSP Experience
- CCNA or CCNP (Ideally, not bothered if not)
- R&S
- SD-WAN
- Fortinet Firewalls
Nice to Have:
- Zscaler
- NSE 4 or 5
Salary:
- £35k - £50k – dependent on experience
