Responsibilities:

• Providing 3rd line support to operational teams.
• Respond to customer issues and network problems.
• Install and set up new system parts.
• Test and start up new equipment and services.
• Make sure new services meet UK security standards.
• Find solutions for outdated system parts to keep it working and secure.

Skills/Must have:

• Demonstrable experience in providing 3rd line support to Cisco networks
• Currently, hold an active SC or DV clearance (Must be happy to obtain DV clearance)

Nice to have: 

• Experience in designing, delivering and supporting military networks
• Experience with SD-WAN

Salary:

• £55,000 to £65,000 Base

Location:

• Corsham (Mostly onsite - flexibility at times)
• Must be happy to travel to customer sites on occasion
