3rd Line Network Support Engineer (2 Positions) - Managed Service Providers

Are you a skilled and experienced Network Support Engineer seeking a challenging opportunity in West Yorkshire? We are currently hiring two individuals to join our client's dynamic team in either Pudsey or Halifax as 3rd Line Network Support Engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with Cisco CCNP Level and above certifications, specifically in Enterprise Network Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line network support with a focus on Cisco CCNP Level and above expertise.
• Work independently on enterprise-level networks, showcasing in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Operate on a 24x7 shift pattern, including 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am) with 14 shifts over a 5-week period.
• Be stationed on a customer site, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of network-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Cisco CCNP Level and above certification.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Network Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in working with Cisco networking equipment.
• Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions under pressure.

Salary and Benefits: 

• Competitive base salary of £47,500 per annum (with flexibility based on experience).
• £790 p/m shift allowance.
• 10% bonus based on company and personal performance.
