We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to nurture and expand our client's relationships while driving revenue growth. This role will focus on managing and growing existing accounts, leveraging deep technical expertise in End User Compute, Servers, and Storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior account managers in maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
  • Support in identifying client needs and proposing suitable solutions aligned with their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
  • Aid in account planning and strategizing to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Learn and develop sales and negotiation skills through practical experience and training.

Requirements:

  • Some experience or internship in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong interest in technology sales, particularly in End User Compute, Servers, and Storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability and willingness to learn about technical products and their application in client environments.
  • Enthusiasm for career growth within the technology sales domain.

Nice-to-have:

  • Basic understanding or exposure to HP, Dell, or Lenovo products would be advantageous.

Salary:

  • AUD$90,000
