System Administrator - Managed Service Provider

Think you can handle the responsibility of the IT Server landscape whilst also providing support for ongoing migration to virtualised platforms?

 You will be joining a team with a hands-on mentality working with engineers from junior to senior levels in an environment that encourages the sharing of knowledge. 

Day to day, you will be maintaining and troubleshooting Windows servers, Azure Active Directory and VMware virtualisation. Whilst working with the internal network, working hands-on with Cisco switches. 

You will have responsibilities across both infrastructure and networking meaning no two tasks will be the same.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation and administration of IT infrastructure.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure functionality, security, availability, and performance of the IT infrastructure.
• Provide support for the IT service desk and assist users at both the 1st and 2nd line
• Plan and manage complex IT projects.
• Supervise and coordinate with external IT service providers on projects

Required Skills & Experience:

• Server maintenance and support
• Experience in Windows network environment
• Virtualisation with VMWare clusters and storage systems 
• Expertise in networking principles including routing and firewalling.
• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange  

 Salary: 

• €70,000  + 5% Company Bonus
