We're on the lookout for skilled Engineers and Specialists with expertise in Amazon Connect to be part of their exciting journey alongside 20,000 employees worldwide, as they rapidly expand their Contact Center division. 


Responsibilities:

  • Shape the future by designing and delivering innovative Amazon Connect solutions.

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience in Amazon Connect design and delivery.
  • Expertise in Contact Centre operations.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with Avaya – Core, Systems, WFO.

Salary:

  • £55k - £65k basic.
  • Occasional work-from-home opportunities (1 in 6) with an additional £200 per month.
