We are working with a Financial Services company that is an unparalleled leader, capable of managing over 32 billion transactions annually. Their flexible, cloud-native platform ensures faster speed to market, representing the payment stack of the future.

We're on the lookout for skilled Engineers and Specialists with expertise in Amazon Connect to be part of their exciting journey alongside 20,000 employees worldwide, as they rapidly expand their Contact Center division. 


Responsibilities:

  • Shape the future by designing and delivering innovative Amazon Connect solutions.

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience in Amazon Connect design and delivery.
  • Expertise in Contact Centre operations.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with Avaya – Core, Systems, WFO.

Salary:

  • £55k - £65k basic.
  • Occasional work-from-home opportunities (1 in 6) with an additional £200 per month.
