Responsibilities
- Assist with this large scale digital transformation project
Experience & Skills
- Proficiency in System Administration (Modern Management)
- Expertise in IT Support, including:
- Managing file follow-up using ticketing software
- Familiarity with the corporate environment, such as Active Directory, authentication, and security protocols
- Understanding of network systems
- Technical expertise in system operations, including terminal usage and advanced system navigation.
- Background IT Support for Apple/Chrome Book products
- English Speaker
- Willing to be 5 days on site in Toulouse
