AppV Packager - Banking

We are currently representing a leading consultancy that is working with a Global investment bank who are looking to bring on an AppV packager on a 6-month contract. 

As an AppV Packager, you will be responsible for integrating software applications using Microsoft App-V to enable deployment using SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) to subsequent test environments. 

This role will be facilitated through our consultancy, with a blend of onsite and remote work, consisting of 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment of App-V sequences and application packages via SCCM 2012 or later.
• Creating and deploying applications using Intune.
• Managing application lifecycle, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Windows architecture and its implications for application packaging and deployment.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience in deploying applications using Microsoft App-V and SCCM.
• Experience in creating and deploying applications using Intune.
• Strong understanding of Windows architecture.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
