Responsibilities 

• You’ll provide technical assistance, resolving AV equipment and software issues for clients
• You’ll collaborate with team members and programmers to research and solve complex problems
• You’ll conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• You’ll manage communication and processes for return merchandise authorizations and repairs with equipment manufacturers

Experience & Skills 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with a quick learning curve for new technologies
• Familiarity with AV and IT technologies, CTS certification is a plus
• Computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office or Google GSuite

Salary Details  

• $60,000-$90,000
