- You’ll provide technical assistance, resolving AV equipment and software issues for clients
- You’ll collaborate with team members and programmers to research and solve complex problems
- You’ll conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
- You’ll manage communication and processes for return merchandise authorizations and repairs with equipment manufacturers
Experience & Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with a quick learning curve for new technologies
- Familiarity with AV and IT technologies, CTS certification is a plus
- Computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office or Google GSuite
