We have an exciting opportunity as an Avaya Technician to join this IT Consulting firm where your proficiency in Avaya systems will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our client's communication infrastructure. 

Join the team and contribute to the seamless operation of our Avaya solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational communication needs.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Avaya communication systems, including IP Office and Aura platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Avaya systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
• Collaborate with end-users to understand communication requirements and provide technical support and training as needed.

• Avaya Communications Manager
• System Manager 
• Session Manager

Salary:

• $30 per hour
