We're currently recruiting for a Bauleiter to join the team in West Germany, focused on overseeing the FTTx builds within the region of Saarland. You will be controlling the day-to-day activities on site, having full control of the builds and reporting to Project Managers.
Due to the nature of the projects, you will be covering the whole region of Saarland.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing division within the business, giving you the opportunity to grow your career alongside the business, progressing through to Project Management!

Responsibilities
- Managing Site Engineers
- Responsible for the Quality Control on site
- Ensuring Construction Laws and H&S measures are met
- Maintaining strong relationships with the Municipalities and local councils
Experience & Skills
- FTTx experience
- Construction Management on Civil Engineering projects
- Fluent in German language
- Willingness to travel across Germany
