We are working with a leader in Channel-focused IT Services, that delivers a portfolio of competitive bespoke solutions to enable partners in providing the latest technology with a fast and straightforward approach. 

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join their team of experts.  We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the channel partner landscape in Australia and New Zealand. 

The main focus of this role is to boost partner-led revenue, conduct training for both sales and technical aspects with new and existing partners, and establish a constructive engagement model internally and externally across the region. The ideal candidate will thrive in a competitive and dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the management of existing Tier 2 partners nationally, aiming to increase revenue, enhance solution competency, and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Lead the recruitment and engagement activities for new partners as necessary to support company initiatives and achieve specified performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and execution of enablement and promotional programs aimed at driving sales success within the region.

Skills/Must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Channel Sales, demonstrating expertise in collaborating with local, regional, and national partners within the computer networking and security sector.
  • Exhibit exceptional skills in presentation, written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Channel ecosystem, including the various roles played by VARs, National Solution Providers, System Integrators, and Distributors.
  • Requirement includes a track record of proven, existing, and positive relationships throughout the region within this partner ecosystem.
